Do you really need a compass to find your way around in New Jersey? Well its good start. I might suggest GPS today. New Jersey is a maze of highways parts of which are not for the faint hearted. Its not all the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway there are many quiet places. This compass is a reminder of days spent camping in Monmouth County. Later it was used to note directions while photographing landscapes.
