Monmouth County, New Jersey happens to be the home of the oldest distillery in the United States. Located in Colts Neck for nearly 300 years it was the first licenced distillery. The Laird’s Applejack Distillery is located right off of RT. 537 not far from several revolutionary war sites. George Washington actually ordered several barrels for his men. For those not in the know I would describe it as New Jersey Apple Whiskey. As the photographer I wanted this photograph to have a clean modern feel but still reflect the holiday spirit
